Another explanation could be: you have to install poser first and the to install (or may be re-install) Vue d'esprit, in order that all works. I guess to you have to patch poser 4 before installing Vue... Then when you install Vue, if i remember well, there's a detection of poser when you try to import a .pz3 file for the first time. In all the cases, i've Vue and poser 4 and it works very well together.
