I use P-Wizard for making mats and stuff. The conforming wizard is for clothing made specifically for a figure. Say Steve Shanks makes a new dress for Vicky3..when he wants to make it conform he runs it through P-Wizard. But the dress is already set up with the proper groups for V3.
