I use both Poser 4 and 5 and they are installed in separate directories. I never combined them, so they are like 2 different programs and they share things. Of course that means I have double of some files but I plan on removing them anyway when I have time. Whether Vue recognizes P5 or P4 I am not sure, all I know is when I want to import a pz3 file it has no problems. So I guess I did not answer your question. I just don't know. Maybe someone from the Poser forum might be able to help. Like Pokeydots has Vue and installed Poser 5 over Poser 4 so she has like one program and I know she uses Vue.
