make sure that you are not useing a p4 map on vicki,in the materials editor the easiest way ive found is to open the head map apply it to "entire figure" by checking the box,then uncheck the box and apply the body map to the skin body,the nipples,fingernails and toenails,then it should turn out right for you. good luck :0)
