It looks to me that you don't have the transparencies set correctly. In the materials section, choose your figure, and from the drop down menu on the right where you'll probably see 'skin head' or something of the sort, go down and click on the eyelashes. When you've done that, check that you have the transmap for the lashes loaded, and set the transparency min and transparency max sliders all the way up to 100%. Hope this helps some, if that's the problem. :)
