Oh, if that's all you want to know then yes - that is theft. You have installed software that explained during installationn that installing it on your friends PC and yours is theft (part of the EULA that you had to confirm you'd read and understood before you could install the program). Asking people to help you to perfect this crime is asking them to aide and abet a crime, making them accessories (even if after the fact). So yes, while I think we tried to give you the benefit of the doubt as long as is possible, what you are doing is illegal, is theft, and in theory you could be arrested for it.
