The hair is really great, you just have to keep going back and trying to download several times. I've gotten a few this way and I'm still missing a couple that I haven't been able to download yet. I speak a little Spanish (which is a little similar to Portuguese) and I understood the same as you, ernyoka: he has a 100 MB/day limit. A couple of times I have been able to download an item even when it didn't have the thumbnail, so I guess it's just a question of luck. But it's worth to keep trying.
