I'm under the impression the V3 CR2 is fully redistributable, as long as no addittional morphs are injected. While the included read-me doesn't exctually say that in so many words, it sort of implies it. Otherwise, what are they protecting? I do know I'm going to sell Glamorous Vickie with the full CR2 as a base, not the blank one (which is really intended for clothing, I think). DAZ has already approved this, so read between the lines! P.S., the reason I'm not using morph injection is I want my morphs (and she has her own set, in addittion to the ones that make her what she is) at the top of the list. I also worry about other people's morphs overwritting her's, there are only so many open channels, 10 intended for non-DAZ ones, if I recall.
