Bottom line is that CL have largely blown/damaged their cred with the Poser community for an extensive range of reasons.
JuDy is a re-engineered version of Posette 4 for CL by leading members of RunTime DNA (and largely crap IMHO). Divorce yourself from the politics of the various sites that seek to profit from your dilemma and look at the realities.

Ask yourself what you want a model to do for you in terms of resolution, diversity, market product, adaptability and usability in terms of your system power.
