what if you buy something from zygote and get a CD sent? then aren't you allowed to sell that on to someone else as long as you remove it from your computer? What if you buy a model as a gift for someone else? then you'd feel kinda bad if you aren't allowed to give it to them? I was reading somewhere that no matter what the games/software companies say in their agreement, you are still allowed to make one copy to a remote place (like a CD) for backup, and you are still allowed to sell it on (if you paid for it) as long as you give them all your copies and don't keep anything for yourself...but I'm not 100% sure about this and I suspect they can get around that rule by saying "we aren't selling you the model, we are selling you the right to use the model" SewerRat
