Sams3D has an excellent complete barbershop. There are tons of tattoo textures out there, but you may have to play with a set to get a "work-in-progress" look. The bandage would best be done posing the figure, using the grouping tool to greate a prop, and texturing it yourself. That way it will fit perfectly over the place you want to cover.
