I won't try to quote it exactly, but the gist is "I didn't speak out when they came for the Jews (and the Communists, and the Trade Unionists, etc.) because I wasn't a Jew (nor a Communist, nor a Trade Unionist, etc.). Then they came for me, but by then, there was no one left to speak out.
