There used to be a set of 6 inch heels (well, that's what they were called, and it looked like they could be right) for POsette in freestuff here, might still be there... if you're willing to pay a bit, check at DAZ3D, the Skirt and Sweater set for Vicki (either by Anton or Jim Burton, I forget which) has an awesome set in it, I don't seem to remember it being too expensive, and I'm sure by now it's made it into the "Loft"...
