High res textures for them are available all over. You can start at Daz, they have a few nice ones. Some of the best are available here. For the price, try one of spectre3's excellent textures. Met4D and ZetaStudios have some of the highest detailed textures too. Vicky 3 also has male morphs, and a new male morph pack is coming out from Daz tomorrow for her (as per Anton in the Product Showcase forum). There's only one high res male texture available for V3 right now, Brad by Spectre3.
