CheekbonesSmall in reverse should do it. Apply some "Wince2". Most of the asian bases have high cheekbones. Use a tiny bit of them with some male in reverse. Slavic has particularly high cheekbones. We do have a completely new Jaw morph coming out in the male pack that removes the jawline almost completely. Not that that is what you want but I think you can get the same effect with the african or male heads a tiny bit in reverse. Chimp works nice a bit in reverse too. It's all about soft and subtle dial tweaks, many in reverse.
