Welcome Zanny, for a while there I was thinking you where the clone of Zhann. But obviously not, sorry Zhann. ;) Maybe a second thinner frame on top of the original one would solve some of the issues related to the window. A quick fix to the reflectivity problem would be to retexture the object. Nice start and a nice view out of the window.
