That sucks big time! I had an instance where I purchased a new book from Amazon and one of pages had a big square cut out of it (where a picture was, one would presume). Normally, I'd say go to their site and see if you can get the CD files online, but I can neither get to the site listed on the book nor find a "home site" for Coriolis using Google. The other alternative is to return the book, noting the lack of CD, and request a replacement. Who did you order from and who are the "dirty bastards" - the distributor?
