Some props are designed to automatically position and parent themselves to a body part when loaded; these are called smart-props. If yours doesn't do this, then there's no solution but the hard way: doing it yourself, manually. The good news is that you only have to do it once per item; after you've got it set up, you can resave the prop to the library as a smart-prop.
