Anton, I think that DAZ would do well if they have a double layered page, so you have to read through a short FAQ to get to the contact link. Also a link to poser resource sites BEFORE your link would be a good idea. And lastly, a note to remind the user that DAZ is a busy site, and questions not directly relating to purchase/DL issues might be more quickly answered elsewhere. When I had DL issues with V3's face morphs I waited patiently for over a week for a reply to my email. (it turned out that my ISP ate the first reply. sigh) I kind of figured that you poor guys were being slammed with questions :) At anything other than major product release time, DAZ has had amazingly fast and accurate tech service.
