They probably just tried to use something they bought or got in FreeStuff, Poser said it could not find the OBJ, and they mailed you asking where that OBJ was. They may have thought it was supposed to be part of the package. Their English isn't great, so they didn't embellish much. SAMS, you did right, especially if you didn't scold them. They asked where to download it, and the answer is from DAZ3d.com, with th added value information that it requires a small purchase to be able to download. Just sounds like a valid question, to me. 'I need this OBJ, where do I get it?'. You gave a valid answer. Good work!
