So, I disagree, it's not a given fact that this person was searching for warez. A relatively safe assumption but not a given fact. There are a considerable number of files available for download that require the Victoria object in order to work - clothing, characters, etc. Not saying the person is innocent, but I'm not prepared to condemn them either. Not without further evidence. :)
