Even if it was a warez request (I'm not saying it couldn't have been), it wouldn't be good form to chew them out for it, when directing them to the place where you download the file (along with the CR2) is perfectly effective either way -- if it's a genuine 'I don't know, what the hell is this thing it's asking for?' it answers the question. If it's a warez request, saying 'hey, can you tell me where to get a copy of this licensed product that I don't feel like paying...' -- what's it, $20 now? -- it makes a perfect statement of 'Go buy it, dickhead.'
