I think if your parody had clear satiric intent and wasn't pornographic, you'd have the ACLU, the New York Times and a lot of other people helping defend you. Even Justice Scalia recognizes satire as protected speech. One does have to use some common sense. Posting a "Shoot the President" game would probably earn you a visit from the Secret Service.
