They are difrent apps with difrent strengths for sure i wouldnt give up lw becuase lw is a solid app but wings has a great modeler and the tools work well its fast and easy and enables you to work with edges that lw doesnt which is for some a great way to model the cost of a app is irrelevant the tools and workflow however are not one thing wings does that is very useful for modelers of other apps is let you set your rotation and camera to the way your app works like maya 3d studio etc
