actually Rita, tho I dislike the GUI in Painter 3D, I do like the capability of the program. Because of the fact that when you create a texture map in the 3D capabilities, it creates the tex, bump, glow, reflect and all the maps at the same time. So you have a multilayer map that I, at least, can then import into my Bryce materials library. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm assuming it's possible because when I try to import a map into the library now, it tells me it needs a multilayered tiff. So I'm thinking Painter 3D can do that. Oh, to get to that library by the way, apply any texture, go to the material editor, alt/shift click on the name of the texture map and that should being up the map library.
