Hi Sirbucky :) The best thing you can do is click, click, click and click some more! That's how I started learning about fractals!! zoom, click, zoom click, and then through in some colour cycles to see how the patterns are affected and change! I'm sure you'll start to see a connection of the formulae and patternings after a bit. That's when you'll also start to know what you're going after image wise. Something else you can do is to check out some of the websites that our own fractal artists have. There is lots of amazing information and visuals to treat yourself too :) Good luck in your fractal journey and keep us posted!
