Hi ya'll, okay, I have been working on this character all day and I think I am finally happy with her. This is a pose that started out as a Vicky standing pose and I did some moving around with it. I think I know the answer to this question but as far as importing backgrounds, I obviously need to make her smaller (I knew that) to make it proportioned right but I was just experimenting. One question I have is, if I also save this in PNG format I will get the background and her as two seperate layers right? This way I can play with the background some as far as post touch ups to make it look realistic. Second question, After I am done adjusting her one last time to add some finishing touches, how can I save her as a cr2 or character? Or is just having the pz3 file of her enough. I dont want her to get messed up as far as her face and the way I have made her. TIA Annette

Hee hee I just realized how silly that background looks. The cute short dress and up style hairdo in what looks like the dead of winterup in some mountains LOL.

Yup. Save it as a png or a tiff. Tiffs are bigger but in my expirience it's not always the alpha channel works on png's. Dunno why. You'll not really have 2 LAYERS though, but you will get an alpha channel so it's easy to change the background to something else. The second question: When you're done fiddeling with her go to the Characters library, find a suitable place to put her (or make your own subdirectory) and click the little "+" There: you've added her to the library :o)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Your background will allways look that way unless you apply the background texture to a one sided square. Its in your props folder. Tashar 59

I wouldn't worry about her being in a drss in the winter-- Vicki's worn less in more freezing conditions.:)) I prefer the render against black, use alpha channel and drop background in paint proggie myself. You can render Vicki at higher dimensions and get a clearer render without pixelating the background. Emily
