Click on Michael. Then on the drop down at the bottom of the screen is an option called "Body". Select that. Then to the side in the morph panel, you'll see a number of different full body morphs. One of them is Muscular4. You also might want to trun up the Tone Morph too (for a chisled body effect). Also check out the tutorial section here for beginners.
