A little trick I do for the few cookies I want to keep.
Like the Rosity ones or to my other accounts that I want to have cookies saved. I do a copy/paste of these cookies and stow them away in a cookie jar folder. Now when I want to clean out my cookie files, instead of trying to scroll through and pick out my favorites, I just delete all the cookies and paste my list of cookies from my Cookie jar back into the file once it has been cleaned :)
