Jade - you would need a lawyer licensed to practice law in Tennessee. After that, a bit of research and a presentation is all that it would require. Of course, this is assuming that the R'osity staff hadn't begun a campaign to delete as much evidence as they can. This is why I hadn;t bothered... I myself don;t have all this backed up (I first came to R'osity in Dec 2001, after the announcements of the charity.) OTOH, Diane is right in more ways than one - becuase there will come a time when the PTB does get a wee bit too arrogant about it, and will actually get the attention of a local prosecutor.
