No ... I haven't seen that one before. Looks like a spinoff from the Droids animated series. I meant these:
It was basically a really cheap flashlight with an inflatable plastic blade attached. The blade would rupture at the slightest sign of horseplay, so it was practically useless beyond one or two parries. Due to the dubious durability, it's quite rare and therefore a hot collector's item.
