Making the genitals from digiport fit is very easy, as there are no pieces that have to match 100%. As for textures, the texture that comes with it is reasonable. I have used this item with a number of body textures, a little tweaking of the base color usually produces the needed results. Plus that part of the body never has a 100% color match to the rest of the body. A nother trick is to make the piece where it attatches a little transparent to get better blending.
