Well actually, what I did (awhile back) was load Vicky, change all her body colors to white for easier texture application, and resave her. Maybe I should do the same thing, but set the eyebrows to transparent before resaving her. I just thought the mat pose was supposed to apply the transparency too, not just the transparency map. It's worth a try I suppose.
