Well, that roused my curiosity, so I made a comparison picture, and the difference is impressive. As you can see, the improvement goes beyond mesh density, though that's obviously important. Vic's face is designed with "wrinkle areas" overlying the locations of real muscles. So it should be possible to set up morphs that pull specific vertices corresponding to real movements, and it's also possible to put laugh lines and dimples where they truly belong. Posette's face has no such connection to reality; except for the lips, it's just a mesh that follows the external shape of a face.
