Hey Ghost, When I made my first robe, I chained it like a snake keeping the seems in alignment with the joints on the legs. Opening and closing were done with morphs. Another approach wound be to have seperate strips of fabric coming off the hip like fingers on a hand but they must not be too close to each other. The strips can then be articulated individually to get a great flowing effect. Just like the cloth on the Zygote Fairie. My robe is at the Prop's Guild. It has a design flaw in that it can't 'sit', but it was my first attempt. Check it out. Hope this helps some, Anton, formerly 'akisiel'
