This looks pretty near perfect to me. Some veins needed on the white bit, which you can make with the Burn tool and a very small brush. And remember the eye will be reduced when used, so you won't even notice those so-called "missing details".

The biggest mistake I see with Poser eyes is the slip of skin (I don't know what it's called) between the eyelashes and the eye ball, which is usually missing in poser renders.
