With the Millenium Act and other newly added "laws", if the government suspects that you are a terrorist or supporting terrorism or perform anything else covered in the MA, you can be arrested, incarcerated, and held without representation or trial for as long as the government sees fit. You are a non-person without any rights whatsoever. If Bush-Ashcroft-Republican Congress have their way, we'll be a theocratic dictatorship in no time flat.
