One person (probably you) define the direction (copy an image, illustrating a story, doing useful free stuff, etc) and the winner of the last contest fills this with details (what is useful, which story, which image, etc). Again, fun is the centre of these contests (for me). There was a good point from Alekssander. We should do things that are not only for a handful of gurus.
