There is a full description of how the system works in the first of second post in this forum. Also if you wish o take part there is a thread a towards the middle where you can post what programs you use and at what skill level. We are currently looking into another way to keep this information in normal viewing sight without having to go through all the posts. As far as posting the stuff in the free stuff section that is up to the artist. We can't make that mandatory.
