Subject: Toonimal Kitty Texture Templates Help

I purchased the Toonimal Kitty from Daz and on the product page link i put at top of this message At the bottom it gives the size of the texture templates to download but there is no link to download them.. Any help appreciated :) I was wanting to do some photorelistic textures based on my own cats :)

DAZ now let you download the templates from your purchased product page after checkout. It is a file with the same name of the product plus a "T". BTW good luck with the textures, I tried for a week to take pictures of my cat and I had to surrender... that little rascal will not stay still!

LOL! Someone asked me why my photographs so often show my animals asleep...it is either that or derriere shots! My beasties have a real instinct for going the other direction when the camera comes out.

Oh no, I purchased the kitty on the 27th december and i went back to my acount and i have no downloads there, they expired and i cant seem to find the link to the templates. If my download has expired will the texture template link have expired too? If it has is there any other way i can get the templates, maybe email Daz with my order number etc

Yes, email Daz with your order information. They are very good about helping you out with situations like this.

can't you just run the kitty thru UVMapper? As the template is embedded in the obj it should only take a few seconds to make your own texture map.

OK embedded was a wrong word. The obj IS the template so to speak. It's what comes out of UVMapper :o) Oh and just don't save the MODEL, only the template

Actually, I just purchased and downloaded two things from the Daz site today, and couldn't access the template links either. There was no link to the templates on my account page, so I just emailed them a note. I hope their site isn't having any problems today.

I Emailed them and they sent me a link to the textures, so all i can say is email them and they will help you out :) Thanks for all the replys and help :)
