There ain't gonna be a cell-by-cell replica 3D model of a human form with full dynamics anytime this millenium I'm pretty sure there will be. Quite possibly even this century. It's just a question of speed and storage. COnsidering what we can do now compared to what we could do in the 60s, it could be in the nect 20 years. The question is, if you simulate chemicals and electricity running through it, will it be able to think?
