I think you're right. The figure actually bends just like I want it to. The joint rotation is xzy/curve and as you bend one segment it slightly adjusts the adjacent segments to make a nicer curve. Might be the "curve" in the rotation order is causing the problem too. Unfortunately work requires me to put this aside for awhile. It's a bitch having to earn a living.
