check out "Adam" or "Gabriel" by Syyd Raven for realism; Igor, Dante or Laurentis for exquisite hand painted realism or fabius for gothic aura by _samildanach ..here at the RR marketplace. You might want to take a look at QuimAbella he also has some pretty amazing textures here.
offsite merchants/sites:
check out http://www.RuntimeDNA.com for these ultra photorealistic characters: Elric, Nicolae. See also Gothicus for impact. See Pretty boy and BeachBoy for more ultra realism. I think you will find many outstanding textures and character packs there that are sure to meet your needs.
