I use both. I was mostly using P5 until recently, because it was running well on my machine. Then I installed the latest service pack. After I did, P5 developed all sorts of memory problems (crashes, hangs, etc.) Since then, I have reluctantly gone back to PPP (reluctantly because I really miss the hair room, cloth room, nested subfolders, etc.) I like the new features in P5 very, very much, but damn, I wish they'd solve the instability issues once and for all.
