Quicktime? The textures are usually in .JPEG or .TIFF Go to the Poser FreeStuff Utilities section and download MartinC's Maconverter. It will help you convert from PC to MAC and MAC to PC. There are other useful utilities there as well. The Poser4 Manual has some basic figure creation tutorials and you also might want to take a look at the tutorials section listed on the sidebar.
