For clothes, you need to get a modelling program. There's some free ones out there as well as several professional level ones. There are tutorials on how to do this, but I'd suggest playing around with a few modelling programs before trying to make clothes. Some props can be made inside Poser if you learn how to use magnets, etc. Do a Search on "Primer" to find them. You'll find his tutorials on how to use the tools within Poser to make props. They're very well done tutorials. It's possible, but difficult to substitute out parts of a figure. I'd suggest you learn about how to use the morph dials and magnets before trying this. Cheers!
