No better than Poser 4 alone; just the Cartoon and Cartoon w/Lines display modes. Those are actually pretty good, though, if you're willing to live without textures, bump maps, and transparency. Snowsultan has a tutorial on creating a cel-shaded effect using Cartoon w/Lines and postwork.
