I've got a free copy of Pixels 3.7, it's capable of excellent results but I'm finding it tricky to get decent results. This is probably true of all really good 3d packages, you need to really study them to get the best results and they're all complicated! It doesn't run too well in classic but it's OK. They have got an OSX version now, their website is worth a look. By the way, Wings doesn't have a renderer so you'll need to use Bryce or something else. Don't let that put you off though it's really an excellent modeller. If you then find you want something more complex I'd look at Cinema or Lightwave. If money isn't important maybe Maya. These are all complex apps though and will take a LOT of study. Cinema is probably the easiest to get to grips with. Baz
