echecks can take up to as long as 4 days (like doing a money transfer from your bank account to paypal) i've had them take that long. Paypal tells the 'customer' that the transaction is complete before the money has been tranfered over. I contacted them about it last time i did a echeck, then i got the paypal debit card so i wouldn't have to do that no more. But, the process can take upto 4 days even if paypals told you that the transaction is complete, if you contact paypal they will tell you the same thing. ;) just trying to be helpful ;) you can get paypals toll free number in there help section :)
