Teeth are dead easy to reproduce if you have either the Millennium Teeth or Victoria 3 (V3 effectively has the Mill Teeth built in). Imperfect body shapes can be achieved pretty well by "spinning the dials" on M2, V2 and V3. Add in some natural textures and bump maps, and you're laughing (well, maybe not. :)) Lighting? Blue/green globals, IMO. Hard shadows, so bang up your shadow maps. Turn off shadows from all but your overhead lights.
